​Pride After Hours at Herd Restaurant

Herd Restaurant (located behind 200 main street, in metro square) will be having a post Pride party featuring food and drink specials, a special pride dessert, trivia, music, and celebrations from some local celebrities.

​Barbara Streetsand, New England's Premier Barbra Streisand impersonator and Summer Orlando New England's Premier Judy Garland impersonator will be appearing at the event after riding in the parade in the Herd Restaurant convertible! They will be performing their live cabaret show, with  live singing, comedy, and more.

Summer Orlando is Judy Garland

​Summer Orlando will be joining this year's festivities at the WorldPride event in New York City as the incomparable Miss Judy Garland, in anticipation of the movie "Judy" (in theaters on September 27), starring Miss Renee Zellweger. Summer has a close connection to and admiration for Judy Garland. Summer grew up idolizing the actress, and was the first male actor in the world to ever play the role of Dorothy in a licensed production of The Wizard Of Oz (Click to read).

This year's event is extra special because it takes place during the 50th anniversary of the death of Judy Garland (Judy died in London at the age of 47) and the Stonewall riots.

A global celebration arrives in the United States for the first time as WorldPride NYC. Duly branded as Stonewall50/WorldPride, 2019's theme is "Millions Of Moments Of Pride". The month long event is a culturally diverse expression of the quest for equality and liberty of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender people worldwide. Celebrate the wonder that is you.


Summer encourages EVERYONE, regardless of race, gender, and sexual orientation to join the celebration. The event is about equality for all. Look for her live videos and photos throughout the day (June 30) on Facebook and Instagram. (And speaking of Instagram, WOW! Summer is being followed by Miss Rene Zellweger!)
